  5. Copying existing work or submitting pre-built projects without meaningful changes is not permitted.
  6. Participants are expected to maintain respectful communication and professional conduct.
  7. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  8. Ethical responsibility must be considered, especially for healthcare and biological applications.
  9. Submissions that do not comply with guidelines may be removed from evaluation.
  10. The judging panel’s decision will be considered final.
